Flightcase Prime 2

Hi I need a flightcase for my Prime 2. Have been looking at the Magma controller case but it is out of stock (EU) for almost 8 weeks.

Thomann got a custom case ready for delivery but it is almost twice as expensive…

The Magma is made of 9mm plywood and got two butterfly latches. 10.5kg

Thomann is made of 6.5mm plywood and got 4 butterfly latches. 10kg

Has anybody experience with the Thomann case?

I can recommend the Magma. The case halves can be used to lift up the Prime 2 if required. The corners of the case interlocking . The Prime 2 can be used while still in the case bottom with the back edge removed giving access to the headphone sockets etc.

So: you can stack the halves on top of each other to raise the player - Nice.

How about the small front piece that you can remove: Is it “waterproof” (I live in a rainy place)
