So i just got my new mcx8000 after sending my old one from having a frozen screen issue. I started to set it up. And come to find out…the first left effect button doesnt work. It doesnt light up when you press it. Like the rest of them. It doesnt light up to its fullest brightness when pressed to be used. Not while in serato. Nor stand alone. Even when i disconnect everything and restart whole controller still wont light up. The knob above it does show its work. But no effect sound. Anyone have/had this issue?
