Firmware updater v3.0.0 can't be installed on Big Sur

Hi,

I recently got an MC7000, and I want to check if it is running the latest firmware. So I have downloaded the v1.2 firmware, but the firmware updater 3.0 dmg can’t be installed on Big Sur.

Is there a more recent firmware updater program available for Big Sur?

Hey @nilre - Welcome to the forum and thanks for the question. The MC7000 firmware updater is not currently compatible with Big Sur. You can read more about this via our article here: Denon DJ

Definitely feel free to share your request via the Feature Requests section of our website. In the meantime, we encourage you to stay on an OS that is compatible with the MC7000.

Everything else is working well with MC7000 and Serato on Big Sur. Too bad the last detail with the firmware updater is not.
