I have contacted support, but wondered if someone here might help.
I have two MC6000mk2’s and I am trying to update firmware. Nether of the controllers will connect with a DDJ Updater (Both run Traktor with out any issues.)
I have the Updater loaded on three computers (two Windows 10’s and a Windows 7). Nether controller will connect with any of the computers.
When I press/hold the “Back-Fwd-Shift” buttons and turn on the LEFT “Filter/Video ON/OFF switching button” flashes NOT the Cue button.
Any help?
