hi, i need a tool to format a 2tb hdd in fat32 in win10???

Format External Hard Drive in FAT32 Using DOS

  1. Open a command window by directly typing CDM in Windows 10 “Search the web and Windows” box. Windows 10 will show you the best match Command Prompt.

  2. Type the command “format /FS:FAT32 H:” at the prompt. H is the drive letter of your external hard drive in Windows 10. If it’s not for your case, replace the drive letter H with your own letter.

  3. Hit Enter. Windows 10 will go ahead and begin formatting the drive in FAT32.

I’ve already done that but after 7 hours, the message comes hdd too big

Microsoft limit the size of formatting FAT32 to encourage you to use NTFS I use Easeus free tool and have formatted 2TB + hard drives like a dream
