Is there a way to factory reset the prime 4 so that it’s completely factory new? Firmware included?
Reset all setting to default is available in Utility.

Ok that’s what I thought. For some reason my beatport link isn’t letting me enter an account and freezes when I click on it. I thought maybe a complete factory reset would fix it

Unfortunately there is only a ‘reset settings’ and not a full wipe so accounts stay inside the machine. Denon are aware of the Beatport issue and should be issuing a fix soon according to a forum member in the know.
