Engine DJ refusing to see one specific music file

Hi all. I’ve tried contacting technical support directly but the web page tell me i havent supplied a proof of purchase… when it doesnt even ask me for one??? I’m using Engine DJ 2.0.1. and am having some bother with the software not recognising one specific track downloaded from Bandcamp. I’ve downloaded it both as a wav and a flac file but Engine dj says its not available and is coloured red in the playlist folder. The both flac and wav files can be listened to using windows Groove Music. This leads me to believe its an Engine DJ issue. Any ideas anyone?

I’d be very happy to supply the offending file to technical support to see if they can replacate. Regards John Gray (very happy P4 owner)

does the file contain special characters in its name or ID tag?

Problem solved! The track name had an umlaut above a u !! Many Thanks Lukas
