Engine DJ 2.1.0 Issue: Beat Jump goes Off-Grid...

I uploaded a video to explain the issue:

When you want to beat jump the leading track (both tracks on sync), the track does not jump in time perfectly and is off grid (significant enough to hear it it, sounds off beat and horrible)… is anyone else experiencing the same issue??

This happens in every step of the beat jump function, in every track I play.
I have quantize set to 1 I run Mac OS Big Sur on Macbook Air M1 Engine DJ V2.1.0 (never had this issue on the old Engine Prime software) I have re-installed Engine DJ but no help either
