I am trying to downgrade the firmware back to 1.52 for my sc5000 after trying 1.6 and running into a few issues. However it runs through the process and is still on 1.6. I must be doing something wrong. Clean usb drive 1.52 installer and sc5000. Put in usb, turn on, hold view select firmware update. Stays stuck on 1.6 and views

All solved schoolboy error on my part. Tried to update my 5000 as 5000m
Well, that makes a difference 
a tad embarrassing really lol
But if the platter starts going around on its own … let us know, as mere firmware updates apparently can make sampler memory chips, send/return jacks and lots more appear magically, so no reason a motor shouldn’t lol
