Just started using the prime series with Serato Dj and while switching tracks the artwork will freeze in the center display and the dial no longer spins around. You can change the song but the artwork and dial stay the same. Have to turn off the player to reboot. Serato DJ plays fine on the laptop. Everything is up to date with the latest firmware. Any ideas why this happens?

I had the exact same problem at a gig at the weekend first time I’ve used it sc5000 in a live environment.
Is there going to be a fix for this or is it something that will need a firmware update to fix ??
Roll back to Serato DJ 2.05. Its seems to be the only one that works without issues.
