Hi first post on here I have a Denon prime 4 and have tidal as my music source which after set up loads on turn on but it’s not loading now and says no internet connection but the denon is already on the WiFi and says connected I got in contact with tidal and they said as it’s working fine on my phone it’s a denon issue

People are saying it’s working now but mine is not have I got to do anything to make it work
