Denon mcx8000 software download difficulties

Hello guys am unable to download firmware software or any other software for denon mcx8000, everytime i click the software i want under the downloads it just opens a blank page with word FORBIDDEN. Is there anyone with the same problem and what am i doing wrong or what should i do

The download is most likely forbidden due to export restrictions from the US to your location.

You could use a VPN or ask someone to download and email it to you via Dropbox or something
