Hi! So I’ve had the DS-1 interface a few years now and it’s always been distorted when I use it, so much so that I avoid playing with it. I searched a few videos on YouTube for help and even tried switching between the phono and CD options to no avail. Unfortunately I couldn’t return it to the shop I bought it from because they went bankrupt and shut up shop. Any ideas how to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Blessings!
Ok, what software did you use? On MacOS or Win? If you used only SDJ then you cannot be sure it’s the hardware
