As these things go, the v2.x firmware of the MCX8000 is tied in more with the Engine Prime software I believe. And as such, might depend on a bit closer timing for release of the final version. Having tested the beta version, I do believe some old issues will be solved. Comments by other beta-testers suggest the same.
So, stay hopeful, stay patient and I am sure suddenly it will appear out of left field
