Hello denon community.
Im happy with my denon prime 2 but i have a problem that happen few times but when it does… it’s pain in the ass.
Sometimes i loading a new track to make a transition, and, for no reason, the deck seems to be locked. i mean i can press play , even keep pressing cue, the track doesnt move… So the only solution is to restart the deck, which is ridiculous…
It’s not a small loop locked, i’ve tried to press every button , vinyl mode , loading another track etc etc… ( im a dj since 10 years so , even if it’s nice from you, dont come with beginner solutions 
)

I had this issue and denon replaced my unit… hit up customer service on their site… long hold times but it’s better to call
