Deck 3 Not Working - Says "Line in"

Hi there, for some reason, Deck 3 on my Prime 4 no longer works. It reads as connected via Line In, though there is nothing attached to the inputs (currently I only have a pair of monitor speakers attached to the controller). I tried resetting to default settings and it still says the same thing. I also toggled my line/phono with still no luck. Any ideas?

Check switches on the front.
