ich probiere es mal in deutsch.
Ich verzweifle mit der Datenbank und den Songs importieren in Engine Prime. Selbst über iTunes bekomme ich Playlisten nicht importiert. Kann zwar playlisten und crates importieren, aber die Listen bleiben leer. In der iTunes Datenbank ist alles drin!?!? Übersehe ich hier irgendwas komplett?

Jepp, gecheckt. Er schreibt ja auch die Playlisten in die Collection bzw. die Playlisten. Aber die Listen sind dann leer.
Ist der Itunes Media Ordner ist im Standardverzeichnis, oder ggf. auf einer anderen Festplatte / Partition? Welches Betriebssystem?
Hi, Win 10 Enterprise, Datenbank ist im Standardverzeichnis. An meinem Laptop Rechner geht es, am Bürorechner der relativ neu aufgesetzt ist und eigentlich der “Basisrechner” sein soll geht es nicht. Völlig strange!
Bei Windows bin ich leider auch raus. Du könntest mal einen der Devs (z.B. JWILL) auf Englisch anschreiben. Mir wurde damals bei ähnlichen Problemen sehr schnell geholfen.

Is it possible the music in your library is DRM protected or located in the cloud? If either of those are true Engine Prime will not be able to import the tracks.
What version of iTunes are you currently using?
It may be worth temporarily renaming the ‘Engine Library’ folder within your Music folder to see if something in the current database is preventing the tracks from importing correctly. This will open Engine Prime without any collection and give you a fresh start. Just be sure to make a backup before you attempt to rename or remove your Engine Library folder.

Hi, i´m using: Version 12.10.4.2. I renamed the libary folder. Now i can import a folder with playlists inside but it takes only one playlist, the other playlists are not imported. On my Laptop everything is fine but i like to prepare the tracks on my office pc.

OK, this is the problem! I connected a server drive to the PC. On the laptop i have the files on the local drive. Then it is clear why it won´t work. Maybe it is possible to fix this option in a further update.

Server or NAS network locations are indeed not supported at the moment.
