Best Team Denon,
Recently I had to do a wedding, very beautiful and sorts. I was at home running the latest tests to check if everything worked oke, and it worked good. I ejected the USB stick by hitting the Eject button on the player for safe removal.
When I got to the gig’s location, I inserted the USB stick in the player and all the music seemed gone. The player did not recognize the database.
When I got back to my laptop which i had with me, It showed the Database was still there. So I could still made a back up of the usb stick, but not the Database.
I had to format the USB drive in order to use it again, and re-do the whole Denon Database from Engine. (Which luckily happened just in time).
But can you try to find out what did go wrong here? Firmware version is 1.2.1
