I have an issue with my prime 4, as soon as I turn the unit on it gives me a message that says DATABASE OF (UNKNOWN) IS CORRUPT AND MAY NOT WORK PROPERLY, and I do not have internal hard drive or any USB device on the unit, is there a way to fix it since I called tech support stayed there for 38 minutes and only got a recorder, does anyone know how to solve this issue, since is my worktool, thanks

No SD card as soon as you turn it on, the message comes on the screen
Have you tried connecting a correctly formatted USB device that has some music files and a database, and then turning the unit on?
