CUE led color error

  • Software or Firmware Version: (1.2, 1.3.1, etc…) 1.2 for X1800 1.4 for SC5000M

  • Steps to Reproduce: (Turn on unit, press button, etc…) My twins players SC5000M “LAYER A” (default setting led green color) have plugged on channel 2 and 3 of the mixer. The “LAYER B” (default setting led blue color) have plugged on channel 1 and 4 of the mixer.

  • Expected Result: (ex: It does X…) CUE button number 2 and 3 have green color. CUE button number 1 and 4 have blue color.

  • *Actual Result: (ex: It does Y…) CUE button number 1 and 2 have green color. CUE button number 3 and 4 have blue color.

  • Reproducibility: (ex: Happens 1 out of 10 times.) Always.

  • Other Relevant Configuration Info: (ex: Plugged into a Windows 10 laptop.) Stand alone.

  • Operating System & Version (if applicable): None

  • Link to Video Repro: None.

Where you want both layer A’s to be, that dictates where you should connect the ethernet of the players on the X1800.

My guess is that you connected ethernet on ports 1+2.

You want them on channels 2+3, so connect ethernet also on ports 2+3.
