Channel 2 functions not working

Hi folks

Been looking around and been unable to find a thread for this so here goes. The controls for Channel 2 on my mc6000mk2 no longer work (vol, eq, gain etc) I can still control these using VDJ software on laptop using shortcut keys but this is inconvenient. All other channels are working fine and sound is output correctly. Anyone with ideas? I am using other channels at moment but would prefer to have all 4 fully functional again

Currently have the same issue and i guess it is related to malfunction of the PC/Line knob :frowning: After 4 years of using this device i’m quite disappointed.

I updated the drivers and firmware and channels 1 and 2 are working again… hope this helps! Take care!
