Anyone else have problems with their unit not shutting off all the way?

I tried that, after I saw it wasn’t sitting down after a minute, I pulled the plug. Nothing happened to my USB and sd card thought.

I had this issue and I eventually unplugged the unit, but it still didn’t shut off. It took 6 hours and it finally shut itself off. I will warn you that I brought this issue up months ago and there is still not a single Denon rep or tech support personnel in sight to address the issue. They’re whack with responding.

I’ve had this happen to me twice in the last two weeks.

Had to turn off the unit and then turn back on and tried again to see and then it works.

I wonder if they are working on figuring that out

For some reason since the 2.4 update I have been experiencing on the SC5000’S not the M’s Issues with it not turning off and yes the infamous " shutting down" message. Plus every now and then my WiFi says it is not connecting.
