Is this an issue you’re currently having? Is this with 5000 or 5000M?
yes I have a denon sc5000m
Is this whilst your updating to the latest firmware? Or just in general? If in general I would suggest switching the unit off. If it’s during an update I would contact technical support as it may be a fault with your unit.
after doing the update, the machine freezes
