I’m due to send my X1800 in for a repair. I understand staffing issues during this lockdown period.
It was blinking mic 1 led at first ,now the mixer is making funny internal noises like bzzzz click click
I will appreciate if someone can PM me so that I can get the authorization document and necessary information on where to send the mixer too.
I already have the code and I was meant to get another email with the required documents “shortly after the email with the repair code”.
It’s been crickets since 1645 my time yesterday.
In this lock down period messing about with my set up is helping me tremendously.
I’ve considered buying another mixer X1850 in the interim because that’s how bored I am.
