Just wanted to give a quick shout out to the tech guys at Denon DJ/InMusic Germany.
Sent in my MCX8000 for some warranty repair issues. Before sending it in, there was really good contact with the support guys by email. Proper questions and answers going back and forth without delay. When the problems were established I quickly received the RMA info. Today, less than ONE week later! I received my unit back. All is working properly and the broken power supply is sent to me separately from the spare parts warehouse.
Happy camper. It’s technology, so stuff breaks. What makes the difference is how it get’s handled by the manufacturer. I’d have to say A+ service, guys!
