I just bought the denon sc5000 premium and download engine prime, but impossible to have my crates and my loop and serato dj cue in prime engine. When I click update serato library it imports all the music without the crates and without the loops and cue … when I create a folder house in collection and I transfer the music from my records in the folder house, engine prime load them but the folder remains empty. When I take a playlist from my hard drive and put it in my collection it loads but the file does not appear. I tried everything but nothing happens. I uninstalled and reinstalled thinking that I had a worry but still the same. is it software that is not yet operational? A beug? or you have to wait for the engine premium update. If a person can enlighten me or others, I am taker …
