Please could you tell me if anyone has issues with Tempo / pitch drifting as it feels like I am always fighting with it when beat matching and transitioning.

Not on electronic music! and if they do is so is very small, just a touch of the jogwheel and they line up again for enough time.
You can always load your tracks on Engine Prime and check the grids to see if they line up or not.
