Help please, I have no audio output at all from my mc6000 mk2, tried with my laptop, as a stand-alone mixer, nothing Tried the microphone, also no output
All lights appear ok, anyone have any Ideas?

The unit has now been sent to Denon for repair, just got to wait now to hear from them,

Update… The repair centre has said that it needs a new IO board, cost will be £199
Interesting because the last time the unit was working, I was using the RCA outputs instead of the usual XLR outputs. (I was feeding the output into a clubs mixer)
Wonder if this had anything to do with the fault?
Look forward to getting the unit back soon.
