I want to buy the mcx8000 but that it does not support flac files is a problem. Solution in next firmware?

based on the beta specs it appears not;
Have at least 100 music files (at 44.1khz Sampling Rate) in any of the following formats:
AAC (CBR/VBR, 44.1 kHz, stereo 64–320 kbps) AIF/AIFF (44.1 kHz, 16-/24-bit stereo) MP3 (CBR/VBR, 44.1 kHz, stereo 32–320 kbps) WAV (44.1 kHz, 16-/24-bit stereo)
This machine owes us basic upgrades!!!

Exactly and the MCX8000 is now legacy and only receiving bug fixes at this point.
Denon DJ’s focus is now on the Prime series devices.
The MCX8000 hardware is very dated and very limited in processing power, it’s not even clear if the audio decoder chip included can decode formats other than the ones stated in the specifications.
