The line fader on channel one is faulty the volume changes when the fader is in the top position I have e mailed support almost a week ago got a auto reply saying someone would contact me so far I have had no reply I have also tried calling the uk support number and nobody answers how can I speak to someone from denon to make arrangements to get this unit repaired
