MC7000 Serato licenses not available

I distribute new Denon devices. I have a problem with a customer:

  • We created an account in denondj.
  • We proceeded to register the controller (serial).
  • In “my products” only shows: “Please contact support”.
  • How can we receive the serials to proceed to activate them?

With the rest of my customers I have not had a problem.
