I distribute new Denon devices. I have a problem with a customer:
- We created an account in denondj.
- We proceeded to register the controller (serial).
- In “my products” only shows: “Please contact support”.
- How can we receive the serials to proceed to activate them?
With the rest of my customers I have not had a problem.
