Main/zero cue and Loop In behavior

Anyone require that when your hand is on the touch platter and you hit the main/zero cue that it jump back to that cue instead of setting to that new spot? In what situations do you intentionally do that? Would requiring your hand to momentarily come off the touch platter for this jump back action be too cumbersome for what you’re doing?

Anyone require that when your hand is on the touch platter and you hit Loop In that it not set a new main/zero cue point? What’s the circumstance or what are you trying to prevent? You not want your main/zero cue to change while having the flexibility of many loops?
